He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hayduk and Stella Hayduk; and his brothers, Julian, Phillip and James.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Dianna; his brother Matt (Norine); his nephew Derrick; his niece Tracy (John); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Morgan (Shelby) and Frankie. He is also survived by numerous extended family and close friends.
