With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alma Martha Friedenstab (Edmonton, Alberta), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 17, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph and Amelia; her siblings, Walter and Doris; and her granddaughter Hannah.
She is survived by: her husband Herbert; her daughters, Loretta King (Perry) and Sandra Adam (Boyd); her grandchildren, Levi Friedenstab (Sheri), Ashtin Desrosiers (Denis), Sierra Adam, Aspen Adam, Bret King (Lillyana), Gray King (Jack) and Jorja King; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin and Samuel Desrosiers. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws; and very special friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the Alzheimer's Society.
