He was predeceased by: his former wife Angela (Hozjan); his son Joseph; his parents, Marija (Valentincic) and Anton; and his brothers, Anton, Ivan, Joze and France.
He is survived by: his wife Lucija Ivanc (Bozja); his children, Alex (Cathy), Darinka Keane (Shane), John (Christine) and Angela Moore (Kevin); his grandchildren, Joseph, Patrick, Thomas, Liam, Michael, Sara, Jacqueline, Matthew and Riley; and his brothers, Kocjan (Edmonton) and Stane (Slovenija).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or Cross Cancer Institute.
