We bid farewell to Andrew Andrews (Edmonton, Alberta), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 24, 2026 at the age of 86. Andrew touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sotirios Andrikopoulos and Panayiota Andrikopoulos. He is survived by: his wife Christina Girgulis; his children, Patricia Andrews-Smith (Doug) and Sam Andrews; his siblings, Gerald (Ann), John (Susan) and Angeline Devetzis (Perry); his grandchildren, Holly, Brett, Majo Ty, Ledger and Rasmus; and his siblings' children, Sean, Christopher (Karen), Paul (Heidi), James (Pam), Pamela (Michael), Antonia and Christina. He is also survived by his grand-nieces, nephews, godsons, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 1st 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Connelly-McKinley Downtown Chapel (10011 114 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5K1R5). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. George's Greek Orthodox Church (10831 124 St, Edmonton, AB T5M0H4). A burial was held on Monday, February 2nd 2026 at the Westlawn Memorial Gardens (16310 Stony Plain Rd, Edmonton, AB T5P4A6).
