It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annie Kachuk (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on February 2, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George; and her great grandchild Korinda Kostiw. She is survived by: her children, Bob (Corrine), Carol, Shirlee (Leith) and Sherri (Terry); and her grandchildren, Todd (Annette), Scott (Terri), Christopher (Stephanie), Leanne (Colin), Tiffiny, Brae (Ashley), Cole (Danielle) and Mitchell. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation.
