He is survived by: his wife Merlene Hinds (Clarke); his children, Hugh Hinds (Audrey), Collin Hinds, Gregory Hinds, Robert Hinds (Bobby), Andrea Hinds Peckoo and Donna Marie Hinds; his stepdaughter Cordella Campbell; his grandchildren, Javon Hinds, Donye Hinds, Latoya Hinds, Alyssa Hinds, Alanda Hinds, Kamaani Emilee Hinds, Jeneefa Hinds, Shireen Samson, Shawna Samson, Kadi-ann Edwards, Michael Williams, Simone Williams, Elijah Kelsey, Chanel Kelsey, Folashade Campbell-Bajowa and Isaiah Campbell-Bajowa; his great grandchildren, Brandon Hamilton, Jahllanie Haughton, Kacy-ann Finn, Abbigail Williams, Elijah Blackwood and Josiah Blackwood; and his great great grandchild Brielle Adrianna Hamilton.
