He was predeceased by: his brothers, Henry (Jennie) and Pete. He is survived by: his children, Ken, Kyra (Dillon), Brenden, Jacob, Hailey, Christopher, Gary (Emily), Danielle (Matt), Zoey, Noah, Darryl (Sarah), Cathy (Aylwin), Michael (Christine), Cohen, Cadence and Sandra; his sister-in-law Rose (Pete); his brother Ralph; and his sisters-in-law, Ann TenBrink and Anne (Henk). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Art's name may be made to the Diabetes Foundation.
