It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barry Mellon (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on December 2, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Barry may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Barry touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Mellon and Millie Mellon. He is survived by: his wife Winnifred; his children, John (Kyrsten) and Michelle (Martin); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Colette, Kieran and Jessica; and his siblings, Jack and Pat.
