He was predeceased by: his father Jerry; and his brothers, Randy and Ryan. He is survived by: his wife Lucille "Lue"; his children, Tara and Kevin; his mother Georgette; his sister-in-law Janice Petruk; his niece Natasha; his nephew Ben; his sisters-in-law, Lilianne Burgess (Ensley) and Gisele McLeod (Richard); and his nieces and nephews, Ashley and Brandon. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to STARS air ambulance (stars.ca).
