He is survived by: his wife Rita Oplanich; his daughter Tina Casella (Frank); his grandchildren, Amanda and Christopher; his son John Oplanich (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Michael, Natalie, Ariana, Linda MacLean (Gilbert Taylor), Connor (Alexandria Bruno) and Madison; and his caregivers, May and Catherine.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Charles Roman Catholic Church (17511 112 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5X5X9).
