Michelle Doherty wrote a sympathy message

“I work at the italian centre in the cafe and have had the pleasure of getting to know Bam for the last 3 years. This news is literally heartbreaking and almost hard to believe. He was such a light every morning, he would try to convince me his favorite drink was a chai latte and make me laugh. I got to know him on a deeper level when he assisted me with his profession! He was the kindest soul I’ve ever met and he will truly be missed by me for a long time. Sending condolences to his family.”

Prudence Olenik wrote a sympathy message

“We were part of the Italian centre morning coffee community. We sat next to Bam for years ...he was so proud to show off his pictures of his new home being built down in Bolivia...breaks my heart on how unfair this is. Know that we were honored to know him as long as we did....blessings to all the family Prudence and John”
