He was predeceased by: his wife Linda. He is survived by: his children, Jamie and Jared Mycholuk (Lucy); his grandchildren, Dana-Lynne and Destiny-Anna Knapp; and his sisters-in-law, Patti Chomyc and Elaine Cherot (Emery). He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
