He was predeceased by: his sons, Andrew James and Brian; his parents, John Ferguson and Jean Ferguson; his in-laws, Roli and Vera Kroening; his brother Jim; and his nephew Geoffrey.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine; his children, Matthew and Tanya; his grandchildren, Emily, Ethan, Everly, Christopher, Deanne, Jack and Gavin; and his siblings, John (Eileen), Peter (Beatrice) and Mary.
A prayer will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Connelly-McKinley St. Albert Funeral Home (9 Muir Dr, St. Albert, AB T8N 1G1). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Albert Parish Catholic Church (7 St Vital Ave, St. Albert, AB T8N1K1).
