He was predeceased by: his father Edward. He is survived by: his mother Laurie; his wife Cassandra; his sons, Damien and Liam; his brothers, Chris (CJ) and Jason (Jayme); his nephew Brody; his grandparents, Aldolf (Ed) and Mary; and his cousin Amanda. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles, cousins, two nieces, four nephews and many friends.
