Buddy Formoe Obituary

He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Kinsmen (Formoe); his stepfather John Kinsmen; his sister Lorelei; his siblings-in-law, George DeGraves and Glenda Formoe; his nephew Tim Formoe; and his friend Cy McFall.

He is survived by: his brother Dave Formoe (Meryl); his pet Max; and his nieces and nephews, Roxie (Kevin), Darcy, Tracy, Dawn, Sherry (Glen), Bill (Anita), Wendy, Dwayne (Sophie), Tammy and Shane. He is also survived by numerous great nieces and great nephews as well as his cousins and many dear friends.

The family has requested that donations, in memory of Buddy, be made to the Edmonton Humane Society.
