It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Burton Cummings Lammie in Edmonton, Alberta, who passed away at the age of 82, on April 27, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Lammie and Helen Lammie; his brothers, Jack and Alec Mearns (Jeanette); his nephew Lane; and his partner's son Joe.

He is survived by: his sister Margaret; his nieces and nephews, Lew (Gina), Curtis (Junko), Lorne (Cindy), Laura, Sharon and Lenore (Kevin); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicole, Kaylee, Leanne, Dusty, Ethan, Nikko, Mitchell and Kai; and his granddaughters, Audrey (Joe) and Dianne (Alan). He is also survived by many extended family, and friends.

Due to covid-19 restrictions an interment will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Burtons name may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute, The Kidney Foundation, and or The Heart & Stroke Foundation.
