He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley; and his grandparents, William, Nancy, Mary Louise and Leo.
He is survived by: his father Camille J. Kootenay; his children, Tyler Thom, Jaylin Jensen (Chance) and Aiden Jensen; and his brothers, Clayton (Jody), Conway (Stacey) and Chris (Lisa). He is also survived by uncles, aunties, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, friends.
A wake will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Kipohtakaw Education Centre. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
