He is survived by: his wife Donna-Mae; his children, Eric, Courtney and Joshua; his mother Sharon Twack; his siblings, Sandy, Todd (Marie) and Jody (Donovan); and his parents-in-law, Ron, Larry (Tara) and Sharon (Graeme). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations in his name may be made to the Spina Bifida Association of Northern Alberta.
