We announce the death of Carlyle Ross (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on October 18, 2026, at the age of 85. Carlyle will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter and Catherine (Mater); his siblings, Eula and Beryl; and his granddaughter Alisha.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Anne; his children, Carole, Lisa (Andres), Allison, Jennifer (Trevor), Tracy (Jacqueline), Vanessa (Richard) and Stacy-Ann (Burney); and his grandchildren, Kaydon, Lucas, Dominic, Gracie, Percie, Jomo, Raimey, Anthony and Shanice.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Connelly McKinley St. Albert Funeral Home (9 Muir Dr, St. Albert, AB T8N 1G1). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Albert Funeral Home (9 Muir Dr, St. Albert, AB T8N 1G1).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Albert Sturgeon Foundation (https://www.canadahelps.org) in the name of Dr Carlyle Ross.
