With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carrie Alice Svendsen (Edmonton, Alberta), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 24, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Alice Janet; her cousin Morgan; her father William Henry Morgan; her siblings, Mae Goff (Bob), Chuck, John (Bertha), Doug (Marion), Ed (Fran), Joe (Millie), Clyde (Mary) and Clint Clair (Willard); and her son-in-law Dwayne Lane.
She is survived by: her husband Jens Curt; her children, Curt, David, Darlene (Gord Aitken), Colleen Adams (Greg), Shari-Lynn and Sharman (Jim Laroche); her grandchildren, Kyle, Jordyn Darville (Andrew), Charlee, Jens (Taylor Fergel), Morgan and Matthew; her great grandchildren, Ryleigh, McKenna, Kamryn and Chevy; and her sisters-in-law, Norma-Jean and Win.
