He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Cogan and Arlene Cogan. He is survived by: his daughter Carmen Dixon (Doug); his grandchildren, Amelia McMullin (Steph), Brandon McMullin and Bailey McMullin (Kayla); his daughter Nicole Mickelow; his sister Cheri Wickland (Dan); his nieces, Amanda Gruman (Jordan) and Kathryn Wickland (Gordon); and his nephew Matthew Wickland (Claire). He is also survived by 6 great nieces and nephews, as well as numerous family and friends.
