He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Jeanne Riou and Jean Marie Riou; and his siblings, Gerard (Gerry), Marie-Anne, Julien, John and Laurent (Larry).
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Michel (Erin) and Lisa (Colleen); his grandchildren, Courtnée, Megan and Mackenna; and his sisters, Denise, Lucille, Jeanette, Diane and Louise. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
