She was predeceased by: her stepfather Clarence; her parents, Gehard Sather and Maude Sather; and her siblings, Phyllis Thompson, Lorraine Hoffman, Leonard, Leroy and Dwayne Sather.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Salo (Raymond Yakeleya) and Darrel Salo; her grandchildren, Laura Salo and Jesse Salo; her great grandchildren, Kalobe Salo and Alexis Salo; her siblings-in-law, Lehman Thompson (Marlene) and Irene Salo; her granddaughters, Kelsey, Trina and Tracy Ewashkiw; Cindy and Jim Ewashkiw. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
