He was predeceased by: his wife Doreen; his parents, David Esslinger and Johanna Esslinger; and his siblings, Alma Sherman, Hilda Olson and Edwin Esslinger.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra (Debbie) and Miriam; and his sister Freda Muth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Meadowlands Baptist Church (2215 17 St NW, Edmonton, AB T6T1J1). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation can be made to Samaritan's Purse or Every Home for Christ.
