He was predeceased by : his mother Ruth Owen; his uncles, Don Propp and Bob Owen; and his brother-in-law Austin Thomas. He is survived by : his wife Kristina; his daughter Elizabeth; his son Thomas; his father Wendell Owen; his sisters, Lori Gervais (Denny), Gwen Dawson (Dave) and Maureen Sutherland; his nieces and nephews, Megan Kiefer (Geoff), Kirsten Dawson, Emily Sutherland, Maggie Sutherland, Aelish Holland-Collins, Derek Sutherland (Jenna), Mark Gervais, Michael Gervais, Cole Dawson, Dylan Thomas and Aidan Thomas; his parents-in-law, Edie and Gary Holland; and his sisters-in-law, Debbie Thomas and Tania Holland (Dan Collins). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins; and many special friends.
