He is survived by: his wife Shirley Temple of Saltcoats, Saskatchewan.; his daughters, Pam (Keith), Trudy (Kerry) and Teresa; his grandchildren, Acacia (Mike), Kayleigh (Kyle) and Brooklyn (Perry); his great grandchildren, Jameson and Spencer; his siblings, Paul Kowalchuk (Phyllis) and Cindy Yanko (Allan); and his sister-in-law Debra Kowalchuk. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
