He was predeceased by: his daughter PattiAnne; his parents, David Phillips (Pen) and Mary Phillips; his brothers-in-law, Michael Milaney and Wayne Fisk; and his friend Ray Webb.

He is survived by: his wife Anne; his daughters, Michelle, Tracy and Judy; his grandchildren, Sophie, Abby, Carter, Olivia, Oliver and Owen; his sisters, Marjorie Milaney, Myrna Phillips and Judy Fisk; Steven Davidson and Brad Gibson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
