It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David William (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on February 7, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold and Marguerite; and his grandson Nathaniel. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Danielle (Jon Hill) and Matthew (Cara Demchuk); his grandsons, Kaiden and Jamie; his sisters, Cathy Backewich (Terry) and Judy Oliver; his brothers-in-law, Brian Miller (Glenda) and Kim Miller; and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Bruni-Bossio (Michael), Sheila Oliver, Joey Backewich, Kayla Miller, Jesse Miller, Brandon Miller and Chelsea Miller. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.

Before he was diagnosed with kidney cancer last fall, we planned a family camping trip to Drumheller for 2021 if his health improved and Covid allowed.
