She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Lipscombe (Les); her grandchildren, Josh Lipscombe and Brittany Lipscombe; her great grandchild Adeline Lipscombe; and her siblings, Richard Lipscombe Beverly (Monica), Irma Belton, Marlene Hewitt (Jeffery) and Lynne Lipscombe. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Our international friendship and visits began immediately after that. We lost touch for 20 yrs. until I reached Jesse Lipscombe on Facebook. We had so much fun on the phone over the last 2 yrs. -planning to meet in Denver until COVID travel concerns and her illness took over. We planned again as soon as she got better. I am praying for her family.”
