We announce the death of Dennis Kowalishin (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on October 20, 2026. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Katherine (Peter) and Stephen (Lynsey); his grandchildren, Mark, Daniel, Lauryn, Lana and Vanessa; his sisters, Alicia and Yvonne (Jim); his brother-in-law Dennis (Anne); his brother David; and his brother-in-law Jeff. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
A prayer will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the St. John's Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral (10951 107 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5H1H7). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
