She was predeceased by: her child Sundra; her child-in-law Kessie; and her sibling Vinnie. She is survived by: her husband Dan Pillay; her children, Romila, Komala, Omella and Nalini; her children-in-law, Peter, Ralph and Dean; her siblings, Pally, Neru, Maliga, Megani and Devarani; her grandchildren, Keegan, Sashriqua, Kaylan, Pavani, Jorel, Sashin, Ashira and Cohen; and her great grandchildren, Koshil, Simishka, Jaymes, Zia, Ryah, Aria and Henry.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 22nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Connelly-McKinley Downtown Funeral Home (10011 114 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5K1R5).
