He was predeceased by: his brother Robert (Kathrine); and his parents, Joan and John. He is survived by: his wife Bonny; his children, Kelly Shandro (Chris), Meghan Peterson (Jason), Erin Darker (Jen), Ryan Darker (Melanie), Patrick Darker (Marnie), Adam Holmgren (Kelsi) and Jesse Holmgren (Chelsea); his grandchildren, Kimberly, Jordan, Logan, Carter, Kaelyn, Nathan, Blake, Angus, Charlotte, Dorothy and Beau; and his sister Susan (Darryl).
