We announce the death of Donald Keats (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on October 27, 2026, at the age of 59. Donald will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Donald will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Donald will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Donald’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Keats and Ida Keats; and his siblings, Laura and Barry. He is survived by: his son Dallas; and his siblings, Dale (Cindy), Doug, Sharon, Greg (Val), Dennis (Deb) and Ron (Sarah). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family members, and many lifelong friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Park Memorial Reception Centre (11015 101 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5G0B2).
