He was predeceased by: his parents, Chas Hun Sung Mack and Fay Ping Mah. He is survived by: his wife Jo-Anne; his daughters, Lorena (Joseph), Belinda (Thomas) and Zerlinda (Michael); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Joshua, Parker, Makayla and Katelyn. He is also survived by seven siblings along with several nieces, nephews, grand and great-grand nieces and nephews.
