He was predeceased by: his wife Lorry Saunders; his parents, Leonard Saunders and Blanche Saunders; and his sister Muriel Pontarollo. He is survived by: his significant other Diane Coombes; and his children, Jeff (Lynda), Scott (Annette) and Trish Spiwek (Karl). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Connelly McKinley St. Albert Funeral Home (9 Muir Dr, St. Albert, AB T8N 1G1).
