He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio and Mariantonia; and his sister Lucia Fadi. He is survived by: his wife Michela; his children, Mary Carnegie (George), Lina Woods (Geoffrey), Sandra Colangelo (Brian Bondarchuk) and Tony Colangelo (Annette); his grandchildren, Steven, Braden, Sydney and MacKenzie; and his nieces and nephews, Alma, Pierina, Adriana, Dino (Teresa), Aidan, Ethan, Matteo, Julianna, Cassidy, Wyatt and Oliver. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
