She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon; and her parents, John Tinney and Clara Tinney. She is survived by: her children, Jody, Vicky, Tammy (Thomas), Johnny and Michael (Laura). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Doris' memory to the Westview Palliative care in Stony Plain, AB.
