He was predeceased by: his mother Betty. He is survived by: his father Davis; his sister Kathy Simard (Dale); his niece Sarah Simard (Ryan); his nephew David Simard; and his brother Keith (Shauna Faragini). He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
