It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Melville Fox Sr. (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on April 1, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Boyce; and his parents, Thomas and Elsie (Kellar). He is survived by: his sons, Ken Fox (Kim) of Sherwood Park, AB and Douglas Fox Jr. (Sherry) of Nottawa, ON.; his grandchildren, Christie (Mike), Katelin (Scott), Taylor (Janice), Liam (Tiela), Erica (Jordan), Krista (Jade), Doug and Kyra of Poppie's Girl; his siblings, Jack Fox (Brenda), Thomas and Lois Anstey (Randy); and his wife Barbara Murray. He is also survived by his grandparents and many relatives.
In lieu of flowers, we encourage donations made in Doug's name to a charity of your choosing. Doug would have very much preferred charity over all else.
