He was predeceased by : his parents, Sara "Sadie" and Neil M Ross; his siblings, Sheila and Cameron; his brother-in-law Chris Smith; and his parents-in-law, Joyce and Joe Farrell.

He is survived by : his wife Linda Farrell-Ross; his children, Kinnon Ross (Greg Hookey) and Stuart Ross (Natalie Perry); his siblings, Ann Smith, Neil-John Ross (Margaret Lucas) and Michael Ross (Mary); and his nieces and nephews, Heather, Maureen, Julien, Olivia, Timothy, Carlo and Giulia.
