Duane leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Duane’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam and Edna; and his sister Donna Muir. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his sons, Gary, Dennis (Morgan) and Colin; his granddaughters, Chloe and Vivian; and his sister Linda Penner.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Yorath House (13110 Buena Vista Rd NW, Edmonton, AB T5R5R2).
