He was predeceased by: his wife Sharron Patricia Mayo. He is survived by: his siblings, Anne Joyce Mayo and Bandy John Mayo; his sons, Joseph Mayo (Calay) and Warren Mayo (Tari); his stepdaughters, Terri MacLean (Mike) and Tammy Tompkins (Charles); and his pet Ginger. He is also survived by numerous Grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
