He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Cleo. He is survived by: his wife Lucy; his children, Nikki (Ron), Jenny (Jason) and Scott (Tasha); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Samantha, Logan, Madison, Kaitlyn and Isabella; and his great grandchild Colt. He is also survived by his 13 siblings as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Eddy to the Cross Cancer Institute.
