He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Margaret Hurn; his parents, John and Alice; his sisters, Joyce, Elsie and Lil; and his son-in-law David.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Quake (David) and Sherri Tisclas (Van); and his grandchildren, Jennifer and Matthew Quake. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
