He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Spitzig and Anne Spitzig; and his brother Gary Spitzig. He is survived by: his wife Neva Spitzig; his children, Antara Gabinet (Mike), Lara Walsh and Troy Spitzig; his grandchildren, Ryder, Noah, Hailyn and Jordyn; and his siblings, Doug Spitzig and Terry-Anne Sayers.
