With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Egon Kelm (Edmonton, Alberta), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Egon left this world on May 20, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolf Kelm and Martha Kelm; his grandson David; his brothers, Fritz and Arwid; and his spouse Elsbeth.

He is survived by: his children, Karsten (Nadia), Thomas (Cheryl), Dirk (Cathy) and Christine; his grandchildren, Tanya, Christopher, Sebastian, Rachel and Tristan (Olivia); his sister Waltraut Funk; and his sisters-in-law, Else and Ilse.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Zion Baptist Community Church (9802 76 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6E 1K5).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the Alberta Diabetes Foundation, the Royal Alexander Hospital Foundation or a charity of your choice.
