It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Chimko (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on May 9, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred and Nancy; her siblings, Julian, Emil, Robert and Phyllis; and her great grandchild Damian.
She is survived by: her husband Joe; her children, Richard (Donna), Darlene (David) and James (Leanna); her grandchildren, Nick, Amy (Shion), Ross (Angie), David, Kyle and Alyssa (Trace); her great grandchildren, Deklan, Kasan, Ria, Lena, Tara, Meelia, Evia, Tyler and Ryan; her great great grandchild Lucas; and her brother Cecil (Sophie).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Betty to The Alzheimer's Society. The Alzheimer Society works nationwide to support Canadians affected by Alzheimer's disease and other dementias.
