Elizabeth Chomik Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elizabeth Chomik (Edmonton, Alberta), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 30, 2024 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elizabeth Chomik to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Archinuk and Mary Archinuk; her grandson Richard; and her siblings, Jack and Joyce.

She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Peggy Hauca, Sharyn Chomik, Carol Charrois (Don), Janice Chomik (George) and Dennis Chomik (Gael); her grandchildren, Scott, Mitchell, Carrie, Jessica, Darcy, Madelaine, Alec and Quinn; her great grandchildren, Harper and Lucas; and her sister Gladys Mytrash. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.

Viewing was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Evergreen Funeral Home (16204 Fort Rd NW, Edmonton, AB T5Y6A2). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
