Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Elizabeth McCoy (Edmonton, Alberta), born in Carmel, Saskatchewan, who passed away, on November 16, 2021. She was predeceased by : her husband Edward "Dinty" McCoy. She is survived by : her children, Danny, Mickey (Belinda), Jerry (Connie), Dianne and David (Whitney); and her sister Toni. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Due to COVID restrictions, attendance at the church is limited to 50 people.

“I was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of your beloved Mother. She was truly a remarkable woman and a verifiable powerhouse. I had always thought of her as the "unsinkable Molly Brown"! As my Mom used to say "you needn't have 10 friends in your corner you just need Betty McCoy to have your back"! She was a long and loyal friend to my Mother and helped me immensely when my Mom passed in 2013. She always kept me on her radar. I aslo considered her to be my friend as well and shall miss her!”
