Elizabeth Amy Reekie Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Amy Reekie (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on December 3, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bob" Reekie; her daughter-in-law Kim Makarenko; and her sister Phyllis Bocock. She is survived by: her sons, Ross, Grant (Cindy) and Ian; her grandchildren, Cameron (Regis), Lindsey (Jaisen), Eryn and Simon; her great grandchildren, Fynn, Ari and Beckham; and her sister Shirley Challoner. She is also survived by many family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Connelly-McKinley Downtown Funeral Home (10011 114 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5K1R5).
